Email is the best way to reach us for anything that is not urgent. If you are writing about a specific dog, mention their name, and tell us honestly about your household rather than what you think we want to hear.
Phone
Text or call, whichever you prefer, with questions about a dog, an application, fostering, or anything else. Text usually gets a faster answer, because we are frequently mid-training, mid-introduction, or mid-something that should not be interrupted.

Discord
The wider rescue, foster, and transport network runs on Discord. It is the fastest place to find a transport leg, an overnight hold, or someone who knows the shelter you are dealing with.
Where to go for what
- Adopting a dog: see who is available, then start an application
- Fostering: email us, and we will put you in touch with the rescues we network with
- Donating gear, or offering a professional skill: here is what we need
- Transport: email or Discord, especially for runs out of California and Texas
- Referring a dog to us: email with the dog’s history, the shelter or owner situation, and any deadline
- Media, partnerships, or anything else: email
Visits
By schedule only. We do not publish our address and we do not take drop-ins.
Not all of our dogs are friendly. Several require a full introduction protocol, and an unexpected person at the gate is exactly the situation those protocols exist to prevent.
Meetings happen by arrangement, after a conversation, and on terms that are safe for the particular dog you are coming to meet. This is not us being difficult. It is the same standard we apply to ourselves.
